This Privacy Policy explains how FableWyre collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit FableWyre.com, submit a business inquiry, or otherwise communicate with FableWyre through the website.

The website is intended to present FableWyre’s work and development capability and to support qualified business conversations. It is not intended as a public submission portal for unsolicited scripts, manuscripts, concepts, decks, or other creative material.

Information you provide and limited technical information.

Information submitted through the inquiry form

When you submit an inquiry, FableWyre may collect your name, work email address, company or organization, role or relationship to that organization, inquiry route, title or development need, message, format or audience context, and the acknowledgments you select.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may automatically process technical and site-usage information such as your IP address, browser, network, device, referring page, and pages viewed. This information supports website operation, security, performance, and analytics.

Only for the relationship the visitor initiates.

• To identify the relevant title, development need, organization, and commercial route.
• To determine whether a conversation, controlled-material review, or proposed scope is appropriate.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.

Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing list unless you separately choose to subscribe through a clearly identified opt-in. FableWyre does not sell or rent information submitted through the website.

Infrastructure that supports the website.

Inquiry and technical information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and deliver communications. The site is hosted by Squarespace, and form submissions are processed through Squarespace and delivered to FableWyre by email.

The inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Squarespace’s handling of site-usage information is described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

FableWyre may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Limited to a legitimate business purpose.

FableWyre retains inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect rights, and meet legal obligations. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

FableWyre uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should not submit highly sensitive personal information or confidential creative materials through the general inquiry form.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests.

You may ask FableWyre to explain, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through the website, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis for that processing.

Children, external links, and policy updates.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and FableWyre does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its business inquiry form.

The website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. FableWyre may update this Privacy Policy as the website, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are posted.
